O que ganhei com esta experiência e porque recomendo

Com este projeto ganhei uma nova experiência de vida que posso não voltar a ter.

Foi muito bom poder aprender coisas novas, conviver com outras pessoas, outra língua e outra cultura.

Com este projeto também cresci, porque tive de tomar decisões sozinho, o que por norma raramente acontece.

Com este estágio, realizado num país estrangeiro e numa grande empresa, foi-nos dada a oportunidade de testemunhar como funciona uma empresa deste sector, proporcionando-nos uma nova perspetiva de trabalho. Foi-nos ensinado novas metodologias, e principalmente, a valorizar o diálogo em trabalho de equipa. Aqui, aprendi coisas que não sabia e adquiri novos conhecimentos sobre programação.

Recomendo esta experiência a toda a gente. Se vos for dada a oportunidade de poderem entrar num projeto como este, não recusem, pois mesmo que pareça que vai ser difícil, por terem que lidar com vários obstáculos, como uma língua e cultura nova, por deixarem os entes queridos para trás e tudo o que gostam, pensem que vão ganhar experiências novas, conhecer países, conhecer culturas, conhecer outras maneiras de estar e pensar e de viver, e  3 semanas passam muito rápido.

Este projeto foi muito bem organizado pelos professores Paulo Ribeiro e Duarte Duarte, que desde o inicio, sempre tentaram que corre-se tudo bem e da melhor forma possível, proporcionando-nos, além de tudo, conforto e segurança, tanto no hostel Doremi como na empresa Baltic Orbis.

What I won from this experience and why I recommend

With this project I won a new life experience that I can not go back to have.

It was great to learn new things, get along with others, another language and another culture.

This project I also grew up, because I had to make decisions alone, which normally rarely happens.

With this trainning, in a foreign country and in a large company, we were given the opportunity to witness how a company works in this sector, giving us a new perspective of work. We are taught new methods, and mainly to enhance the dialogue on teamwork. There, I learned things I did not know and acquire new knowledge about programming.

I recommend this experience to everyone. If you are given the opportunity to be able to enter into a project like this, do not refuse it even if it seems it will be difficult, because they have to deal with various obstacles, such as a new language and culture, leaving loved ones behind and all what they like, think they will gain new experiences, know countries, experiencing cultures, meeting new ways of living and thinking and living, and 3 weeks go by really fast.

This project was very well organized by teachers Paulo Ribeiro and Duarte Duarte, who since the beginning, have always prepared everything to run well and in the best possible way, providing us, above all, comfort and safety, both in the hostel  and in the company.

Kas įgijau iš šios patirties ir kodėl aš rekomenduoju

Šiuo projektu įgijau naują gyvenimo patirtį, kad aš negaliu grįžti turėti.

Tai buvo puiki išmokti naujų dalykų, gauti kartu su kitais, kitos kalbos ir kita kultūra.

Šis projektas taip pat augo, nes turėjau priimti sprendimus savarankiškai, kuris paprastai būna retai.

Su šiuo etapu vykdomas užsienio šalyje ir didelėje kompanijoje, mes buvo suteikta galimybė paliudyti, kaip įmonė dirba šiame sektoriuje, suteikiant mums naują perspektyvą darbe. Mes esame mokomi naujų metodų ir daugiausia padidinti apie komandinio darbo dialogą. Štai, aš sužinojau, ką aš nežinojau, ir įgyti naujų žinių apie programavimą.

Aš rekomenduoju šią patirtį visiems. Jei būtų suteikta galimybė, kad būtų galima patekti į, kaip šis projektas, neatsisako, net jei atrodo, bus sunku, nes jie susiduria su įvairiomis kliūtimis, pavyzdžiui, naują kalbą ir kultūrą, paliekant artimuosius atsilieka ir viskas kas jiems patinka, manau, jie įgis naujos patirties, žinau, šalis, patiria kultūrą, susitikti su naujais gyvenimo būdą ir mąstymo ir gyvenimo, ir 3 savaites eiti tikrai greitai.

Šis projektas buvo labai gerai organizuota mokytojų ir Paulo Ribeiro Duarte Duarte, kuris nuo pat pradžių, mes visada bandė tai veikia gerai ir geriausiu įmanomu būdu, teikia mums, visų pirma, komfortą ir saugumą, tiek bendrabutyje, kaip Doremi bendrovė Baltijos Orbis.

De volta ao nosso país e o que mais sinto falta

Regressar ao meu país, á minha terrinha e à minha casa, voltar a estar com a minha família, com as pessoas de quem mais gosto e que me são importantes, é ótimo.

Gosto principalmente de estar de volta, porque voltei a comer a comida da minha avó, que foi o que mais senti falta e de poder ir a qualquer lugar sem estar preocupado pelo facto das pessoas não perceberem a minha língua e principalmente pela simpatia do nosso povo.

Também é bom voltar a ter a minha privacidade, o que neste caso, era muito difícil devido a estarmos sempre todos juntos.

No entanto, agora que estou em casa, sinto falta de andar pela cidade e não ver espaços verdes nem atividades de rua, esse, foi um dos fatores que mais me agradou na Lituânia, como os campos de futsal criados no meio da rua e os concertos, as ruas por lá são bastante movimentadas durante o dia todo.

Por vezes é difícil lidarmos com pessoas que não estamos habituados a conviver o dia inteiro, apenas por algumas horas e isso pode ser difícil de lidar, pois essas pessoas podem ter feitios e maneiras de pensar e de estar diferentes das nossas e não estamos habituados, no entanto, neste momento sinto falta dessas pessoas com todas as suas diferenças.

Sinto falta dos bons pequenos-almoços no hostel, das pizzas de 50 cm, de ir almoçar ao KFC todos os dias juntamente com os meus amigos, das brincadeiras que tivemos uns com os outros durante aquelas três semanas, das nossas conversas e o apoio de todos, foi o mais essencial, são uns amigos que vou guardar.

Uma das coisas que me fez crescer nesta aventura e que sinto falta, é o espirito de equipa  e amizade que se criou entre nós durante estas 3 semanas, por momentos era difícil de satisfazer toda a gente, mas também não se consegue agradar a todos!

Back to our country and what I miss most

Return to my country, to my little land and my house, go back to be with my family, with people who love most and that are important to me, is great.

I especially like being back because I went back to eating my grandmother food , which was what I missed most and be able to go anywhere without being concerned that people do not realize my language and especially the friendliness of our people .

It is also good to have my privacy, which in this case was very difficult because we are always together.

However, now that I'm home, I miss walking around town and not see green spaces or street activities, this was one of the factors that pleased me most in Lithuania, such as futsal fields created in the middle of the street and concerts, the streets there are very busy throughout the day.

Sometimes it is difficult to deal with people who are not used to living the whole day, just for a few hours and it can be difficult to deal with because these people may have shapes and ways of thinking and being different from ours and we are not used, however, this time I miss these people with all their differences.

I miss the good breakfasts at the hostel, Pizzas 50 cm, to go to lunch at KFC every day along with my friends, the jokes we had with each other during those three weeks, our conversations and the support of all, was the most essential are some friends that I will keep.

One of the things that made me grow this venture and I miss, is the team spirit and friendship that developed between us during these three weeks, for a moment it was difficult to satisfy everyone, but you can not please everyone!

Atgal į mūsų šalį ir aš pasigendu labiausiai

Grįžti į savo šalį, mano mažai žemės ir savo namus, grįžti būti su savo šeima, su žmonėmis, kurie myli labiausiai, ir kad yra svarbu man, yra puikus.

Man ypač patinka yra atgal, nes aš grįžau valgyti maistą mano močiutė, kuri buvo ką aš praleidau labiausiai ir galės eiti bet kur be jos rūpinasi, kad žmonės nesuvokia, mano liežuvis ir ypač mūsų žmonių patogumas .

Taip pat gerai, kad mano privatumą, kuri šiuo atveju buvo labai sunku, nes mes visada kartu.

Tačiau dabar, kad aš namie, aš praleidau vaikščiodama miesto ir nematote žaliųjų erdvių ar gatvių veiklą, tai buvo vienas iš veiksnių, kurie man malonu labiausiai Lietuvoje, pavyzdžiui, sukurtų per vidurį gatvės Salės srityse ir koncertai, gatvėse yra labai užimtas visą dieną.

Kartais sunku elgtis su žmonėmis, kurie nėra pripratę gyventi visą dieną, tik kelias valandas, ir ji gali būti sunku spręsti, nes šie žmonės gali turėti formų ir būdų, mąstymo ir skiriasi nuo mūsų, ir mes yra nenaudojami, Tačiau šį kartą aš praleisti šiuos žmones su visais jų skirtumais.

I miss gerus pusryčius bendrabutyje, Picos 50 cm, eiti papietauti KFC kiekvieną dieną kartu su savo draugais, anekdotai mes turėjome vienas su kitu per tas tris savaites, mūsų pokalbius ir paramos visi buvo svarbiausia yra kai kurie draugai, kad aš nuolat.

Vienas iš dalykų, kad privertė mane augins įmonę ir aš pasiilgau, yra komandos dvasia ir draugystė, kuri sukurta tarp mūsų per šias tris savaites, for a moment, buvo sunku patenkinti visi, bet tu negali įtikti visiems!

O regresso a Portugal

A viajem de volta a Portugal correu muito bem. Fizemos check-in ás 17:30, ás 18h  já estávamos despachados. Nesta altura eramos só seis, porque os outros 4 colegas já tinham partido as 6h da manhã. Às 19:05 de Vilnius partimos para Varsóvia, o voo demorou 1h.

 Chegando a Varsóvia encontramos os nossos colegas, tínhamos combinado com o Daniel e o 

Paulo de nos encontrarmos em frente à porta nº 29, do aeroporto. Aqui estivemos um bocado nos 

computadores , fomos ver as lojas e chegando a hora a que tínhamos o voo marcado, que era ás 

21:45h,  recebemos a noticia de que o voo estava atrasado 2h, então tivemos que esperar até ás 

23:20h para apanhar novamente o avião. Quando entramos no avião ouve alguns problemas nas

 luzes, que foram abaixo 2 vezes, mas o resto do voo correu muito bem.

Chegamos a Lisboa, intactos, eram perto das 2h da manhã, tivemos que esperar mais 8 horas

 para voltarmos a apanhar o nosso voo para Faro. Nesta longa madrugada, enquanto todos 

dormiam, eu e o Pedro ficamos acordados. Eram 5h da manhã quando as lojas abriram e 

começou a haver movimentações.

O nosso voo estava marcado para as 9:45h, no entanto, devido a um problema com a gasolina do avião, só descolamos um bocado depois.

Chegamos a Faro ás 10:50h, saímos do avião e fomos buscar as nossas malas. Esperamos 

cerca de 1h até elas chegarem, assim que todos tiveram as suas malas, fomos ter com os 

nossos familiares que estavam todos à nossa espera.

E foi assim, resumidamente, a viagem de regresso ao nosso país ... e já se passou 1 dia desde 

que cheguei a Portugal!

The return to Portugal

The journey back to Portugal went very well. We checked in at 17:30, at 18h were already dispatched. At this point we were only six because the other 4 colleagues had departed 6am. At 19:05 we departed from Vilnius to Warsaw, the flight took 1h.

 Getting to Warsaw found our colleagues, we agreed with Daniel and 

Paul we meet in front of the door No. 29, from the airport. Here worked a bit on our

computers, we saw the shops and got the time to the flight, which was  

21:45, we received the news that the flight was delayed 2 hours, so we had to wait until  

23:20 h to catch the plane. When we entered the plane there were some problems with the

 lights, which went down 2 times, but the rest of the flight went very well.

We arrived to Lisbon, intact, were close to 2am, we had to wait 8 hours

 to go back to catch our flight to Faro. In this a long morning, when all 

asleep, I stayed awake with Pedro. It was 5 am when the stores opened.

Our flight was scheduled for 9:45 pm, however, due to a problem with the fuel the plane took off just a bit later.

We arrived at Faro at 10:50 pm, got off the plane and we picked our bags. We hope 

about 1 hour until they arrive, so everyone had their bags, we have with 

our family who were all waiting for us.

And so it was, briefly, the return trip to our country ... and it's been one day since 

I arrived in Portugal!

Portugalijoje grąžinimas

Kelionė atgal į Portugaliją išvyko labai gerai. Mes patikrinome ne 17:30, ace 18h jau buvo išsiunčiama. Šiuo metu mes buvome tik šešios nes kitos 4 kolegos išvyko 06:00. Tuo 19:05 mes išplaukėme iš Vilniaus į Varšuvą, skrydis truko 1h.

 Kelionė į Varšuvą rašo kolegos, mes susitarėme su Danieliaus ir 

Paulius mes patenkinti priešais durų skaičius 29, iš oro uosto. Čia mes buvome šiek tiek 

kompiuteriai, matome parduotuvėse ir gauti laiko, kad būtų pažymėtas skrydį, kuris buvo tūzas 

21:45, gavome žinią, kad jos skrydis buvo atidėtas 2 valandas, todėl mes turėjome laukti, kol Ace 

23:20 h sugauti plokštuma dar kartą. Kai įėjome lėktuvas girdi keletą problemų

 žibintai, kuris buvo mažesnis nei 2 kartus, tačiau į poilsio skrydžio metu išėjo labai gerai.

Mes atvyko į Lisaboną, nepažeistos, buvo arti 02:00, mes turėjome laukti 8 valandas

 grįžti į sugauti savo skrydį į Faro. Per šį ilgą ryte, o visi 

miega, aš pasilikau miega Pedro. Tai buvo 05:00, kai parduotuvės atidaromos ir 

pradėjo dirbti diskai.

Mūsų skrydis buvo numatytas 09:45, tačiau dėl to, kad su kuro lėktuvas pakilo tik šiek tiek vėliau problema.

Mes atvyko į Faro ne 22:50, išlipo iš lėktuvo, ir mes pasirinkome mūsų maišus. Mes tikimės, kad 

apie 1 valandą, kol jie atvyksta, todėl kiekvienas turėjo savo maišus, turime su 

mūsų šeimos nariai, kurie visi buvo mūsų laukia.

Ir taip buvo, trumpai, skrydis į mūsų šalį ... ir tai buvo viena diena nuo 

Aš atvyko į Portugaliją!

Dia 14:

Eu nem notei as 3 semanas a passar!  No inicio ainda hesitei... na altura de dar a  resposta, mas acho que fiz a melhor escolha, foi uma óptima experiência, uma oportunidade que quem poder ter tem que aproveitar! Nós tivemos a oportunidade de ver um país diferente, neste caso um país muito bonito, muito verde, onde não se encontra lixo no chão, ao final da tarde há muitas pessoas a passearem nas ruas! Só não gostei muito foi do tempo que apanhámos, pois esteve quase sempre de chuva e o céu nublado.

A empresa que nos proporcionou várias oportunidades de conhecer coisas novas e ter novas experiências, mas tenho que agradecer, principalmente, o esforço dos professores Paulo Ribeiro e Duarte Duarte, que fizeram de tudo para nos proporcionar esta oportunidade única.

Agora vou falar do meu dia, hoje acordei às 10:30 e fui tomar o pequeno almoço às 11h, depois de comer viemos para o quarto mais um bocado, quando às 14h veio a mulher da limpeza, nós tivemos de sair, eu e o Pedro aproveitamos e fomos a new Yorker comprar uma lembrança que ainda lhe faltava, e eu fui ao máxima comprar a ultima também.

Depois eram 15h quando chegámos ao quarto, e comecei a fazer a mala eram 17h e demorei 30 min a fazê-la, às 19h que foi quando fomos comprar o jantar, fizemos o mesmo que no outro dia os bifes com natas mas hoje acrescentamos camarões,
Eram 22:20 quando saímos para ir dar a nossa ultima volta pela cidade, à qual vamos sempre sentir saudades.

Day 14: 

I did not notice the 3 weeks! At first I hesitated ... still time to give the answer, but I think I made ​​the best choice, it was a great experience, an opportunity that anyone should have to enjoy! We had the opportunity to see a different country, in this case a very beautiful, very green country, where there is  no trash on the floor, in the evening there are many people on the streets! I only did not like the weather, it was almost always rainy and cloudy sky. The company provided us many opportunities to learn new things and have new experiences, I have to thank, especially, the efforts of teachers Paulo Ribeiro and Duarte Duarte, who did everything to give us this unique opportunity. 
Now I will talk about my day, today I woke up at 10:30 and went to breakfast at 11am, after eating we came into the room a bit more, at 14h the cleaning woman came, we had to leave, Pedro and I went to buy a souvenir in new Yorker who still lacked, and I went to buy the last one in Maxima. were after 15h when we reached the room, and started to pack were 17h and it took 30 min to do it.

 At 19h we went to buy dinner, we did the same things the other day the steaks with cream but today we added prawns,  It was 22:20 when we left to go to our last walk around town, which we will always miss.

Quando chegámos à empresa para o nosso ultimo dia de trabalho, quem nos recebeu foi o Rimantas, nós fomos para a nossa sala de trabalho, para acabar de fazer o tutorial da programação básica que aprendemos em java, eu e o Paulo estivemos a brincar com robôs utilizando uma aplicação do Android.

Hoje fomos mais uma vez almoçar ao kfc, comemos muito rápido e voltámos logo para a empresa onde durante a tarde eu e o Paulo continuamos a brincar com aquilo, pois eu e o Pedro já tínhamos acabado o tutorial do código que escolhemos, no final o Rimantas falou connosco por ser o nosso ultimo dia lá, ele disse também que gostava que a nossa escola continuasse com a parceria com eles,pois  iria ser uma experiência muito boa, eu falo por mim mas gostava de um dia no futuro voltar a fazer programação de legos porque foi uma experiência que eu gostei e achei engraçada.

Quando saímos viemos ao hostel deixar as mochilas e fomos comprar as lembranças, mas ainda me falta uma que penso em ir comparar amanha, depois de todos comprarmos viemos para o hostel eram 17h, e ficámos aqui até à hora do jantar.

Íamos com a ideia de ir jantar ao chinês mas quando lá chegamos vimos que era muito caro então optamos por ir ao mexicano outra vez. À volta alguns de nós que não tinham capuz vieram a correr, pois estava a chover.

Day 13:

Today we went again to lunch at KFC, we eat to fast and soon we returned to the company where Paul and I continued to play with it because Pedro and I had already finished the tutorial code we choose, in the end Rimantas told us to be our last day there, he also said he liked our school continue to partnership with them as it would be a very good experience. I spook for myself I would like one day  in the future to make again  programming of legos because it was an experience that I liked and found funny.

When we left the hostel came to leave our backpacks and went to buy souvenirs, but I still wanted one that I think about going tomorrow to buy the last one, after that we came to the hostel at 17h, and were there until dinner time. We went with the idea to go to the Chinese dinner but when we got there we saw that it was too expensive so we opted to go to the Mexican again. Around some of us who had no hood came running because it was raining.

Šiandien aš prabudau įprastu metu, trūksta 5 min esant 08:00, gavo išdirbti ir nuėjo pusryčiauti, kai aš baigiau aš grįžau į kambarį plauti mano veidą ir dantis, kai mes palikome namai buvo 08:30 Kai atvykome mūsų paskutinę darbo dieną, kuris gavo mums buvo Rimantas kompanija, mes Eime į mūsų ateljė baigti daro samouczku išmokti pagrindinius programavimo Java, man ir Paulius buvo žaisti su robotais naudojant Android programa.

Kai mes palikome namai atėjo palikti kuprinės ir nuėjo pirkti suvenyrų, bet aš vis dar norėjo vienas, kad aš galvoti apie vyksta rytoj palyginti, juk mes perkame ateiti į nakvynės buvo 17h, ir buvo čia iki pietų metu. Mes atėjo su mintimi, eiti į Kinijos pietus, bet kai mes turime ten pamatėme, kad jis buvo per brangus, todėl mes nusprendė vėl eiti į Meksikos. Aplink keletas iš mūsų, kurie neturėjo gaubtu atbėgo, nes lijo.

Dia 12:

Hoje acordei eram 7:55, e fui tomar o pequeno almoço ás 8h, quando voltei para o quarto já tinham passado 20 min, e tive que me acabar de despachar em 5 min, e eram já 8:40 quando estávamos a sair do hostel para irmos até à empresa.

Apresentação:

Chegando à empresa fomos recebidos pelo Rimantas, e já la estava um senhor que nos ia fazer uma apresentação sobre como é gerida a memoria num sistema, eram 10:30h quando apareceu o senhor que nos deu as aulas de java com a aplicação nos robôs, tivemos hoje a nossa segunda aula, e  foi um bocado mais difícil porque já utilizámos sensores.

Programação de robôs em java:

Depois fomos comer ao KFC para variar um bocado dos outros dias , quando nos despachamos voltámos todos juntos para a empresa, e continuámos a fazer o que fizemos na parte da manhã, quando saímos fomos ao hostel uns 15min.

Passados esses 15 min fomos ao shopping ver se encontrávamos algumas lembranças, mas como não vimos nada, então decidimos ir amanhã aquelas bancas de rua, eram 18h quando chegámos ao hostel novamente, e ficamos aqui até à hora de jantar.

Eram 19:20 quando saímos do hostel para ir jantar, hoje foi o ultimo dia que comemos naquele restaurante e eu gostei, estava muito bom.

Today I woke up at7:55 and went to breakfast at 8am, when I returned to the room had already passed 20 mins and had to hurry, and it was already 8:40 when we left the hostel to go to the company.

Arriving at the company were greeted by Rimantas, and now it was a man who would do us a presentation on how the memory is managed in one system. At 10.30 he  gave us the java classes with the application in robots, Today we had our second lesson, and it was a bit harder because we already used sensors.

We went to KFC to eat, to vary a bit the from others days, when we ship it all together we returned to the company, and continued to do what we did in the morning, when we left we went to the hostel about 15min. During these past 15 min we went shopping to see if we could find some souvenirs, but as we have not seen anything, so we decided to go today those street stalls, 18h were when we reached the hostel again, and stayed here until dinner time. It was 19:20 when we left the hostel to go to have dinner. Today was the last day we ate at the restaurant and I liked it, it was very good.

12 Diena: 

Šiandien aš prabudau buvo 07:55 ir išvyko į pusryčius 08:00, kai grįžau į kambarį jau praėjo 20 minučių ir turėjo mane sustabdyti skubėti per 5 min, ir tai jau buvo 08:40, kai mes buvome palikti Apgyvendinimo eiti į įmonę.

Depois do almoço fomos outra vez até ao pé do lago, onde decidimos vir embora, eram já 14:30, quando chegámos a Vilnius às 15:05 e fomos para o hostel, eu já tive tempo para descansar, e quando eram 19:20 saímos para ir jantar.

Šiandien aš prabudau trūksta 5 min 9 val, gavo išdirbti ir nuėjo pusryčiauti, tai buvo 09:40, kai mes palikome nakvynės namus ir išvyko į įmonę. Jau bendrovė mes lankė pristatymą apie tai, kaip mes galime užtikrinti, kad produktas, sukurtas mums nebus kopijuojami, taip pat kalbėjo apie autorių teises ir kaip "Google" sukūrė "Android" sistemą naudojantis java savybes nesumokėję licenciją.

Tai buvo 23:00, kai mes palikome ir nuėjo į susitikimo vietą, kur mes sugautų autobusu iš profesinės mokyklos mes buvome praeitą savaitę, ir kuri atvedė mus į Trakus, kur mes matėme pilį, kuri buvo bent kartą saloje, kuri buvo viduryje ežero, mes taip pat padaryti vizitą į savo vidų, ir kai mes palikome mes nuėjome papietauti tradicinis patiekalas vadinamas kibinine.
